From today and on. I've decided to start with something new and exciting! (or not so exciting maybe...).I realised that I've take too many photoes, and too many videos and I share them with no one what so ever. So now for the first time I made a video blog. And before I show you my first ever video. I just want to warn everyone about my sucky english in this video. Because it's the first time I record when I'm all alone I feel so awkward talking to myself that I also start talking with a weird english accent, forgive me everyone! Weirdly enough, no one on the the street looked weird at me?

A date with my boyfriend

Last Saturday me and my boyfriend decided to go somewhere new to eat dinner together. Lately we have not been out and having fun together, most staying inside our home everyday. This day my boyfriend suggested that we should go somewhere else to eat dinner. The weather was great, and Saturday, so why not?

We decided to go to Hyehwa, not too far from out place. Maybe 20 mintures by subway? Hyehwa is very good for haning out and drinking with friends. So if you are in Seoul and bored of Hongdae, go to Hyehwa.

 This is how Hyehwa looks like on a busy Saturday night. Many young people out to have some fun. Its in a university area, that explains all the drinking places and shopping places in this main street.

But me and my boyfriend were too hungry to even think about shopping. So after walking this street for about 10 minutes we had to find a place to eat before dying.

I really felt like eating pizza, so we found this cute little Italian restaurant, don't remember the name, but the pizza was really yummy. We choose ham pizza as seen above. 

 We also drank beer to our dinner. Look at those cute beer glass! It looks like a jamglass or something, right? 

 

After finishing our pizza we went back to the mainstreet to take another walk, so full we had to walk it off. But on the street I found cotton candy! I love cotton candy, not so much for the taste, but mostly because it's so cute! Even if being very full, I got my boyfriend to buy me pink cotton candy. Super happy!

 

Also found a old man selling candy on the street, 3 different onces for 1000 won. Very cheap. These candy are "old" candy, the kind of candy my boyfriend ate when he was a child. I chose 3 different onces and brought them with me home for later.

 

Cotton candy and candy was not the only thing being sold on the street, but cocktails also. I love these kind of bar on the street. Would never find something like this back in Norway. I did not buy a cocktail this time, but I have done it before.

Im really addicted to hat these days. This summer I will be better at using cute hats as accessory. I would love to buy the pink one in the middle, but no money, buhu.

Cute cellphone covers anyone??? One thing I love about Korea, is all the cellphone accessories! My phone has never been as fancy as in Korea. If you go here, be sure to buy alot of stuff for your phone.

After eye shopping in the streets of Hyehwa for a long time we decided to go back to our place. On our way back home we wanted to take a drink, its Saturday night, so we need a drink! 

I wanted fruit soju so we went to a Hof bar. Hof bar is a place where you get your own private place to sit with your friends while you eat and drink to you vomit. 

We ordred fruit soju, like a soju cocktail. I chose kiwi, and yoghurt flavor. While drinking we played a guess number between 1-50 game. One person thinks of a number, like say, 23. The other person get to guess 5 times, if person are able to guess he /she wins and dont have to drink, the other person with the number must drink. Or if loosing the looser must drink.  One of the few drinking games I'm able to play here in Korea. Most korean drinking games are too hard for me. They either consist of numbers, or rythem. Which I both suck at. Why do you have to be smart to play a drinking game? Then its no fun. (Ok Im blonde...)

Thats how we ended our super romantic date, like two drunks. Here we have our yoghurt soju, and an extra bottle of soju to make it stronger. You know you have been here to long when you want to make drinks stronger with soju.

11street Review: High Heel Sandals From Shurishop

 I have been looking high and low for the perfect summer shoes for a long time now. I have a closet full of pretty summer dresses waiting for me to wear them. But like most females I have a area on my body I really don't like too much,my short chubby legs, not to forget to mention I'm only 157 cm tall ( or short).Therefor, I have not been able to wear my dresses yet because it looks quite weird together with flat shoes, I badly needed a pair of heels to rock my dresses! 

I have been looking all around Seoul in all the hot shopping spots without even spotting a single pair of heels I want to buy. Either they are weird looking, or their heels are crazy high and impossible for me to wear. I kinda gave up and said to myself "well, maybe I just have to go this summer with my chubby legs and no heels?" 

But after remembering I could look online I spend some hours, again thinking I could give up, searching both ebay,european shopping pages, american shopping pages without any luck. For my last try I checked 11street again to see if they had what I need. And guess what!! I found the perfect pair for me.

First of all, I love sandal heels which seems very popular this season (You can see them everywhere in Seoul right now!) and I also love shoes with straps. It got everything in my criteria = staps, heels that are not too hard to walk in, cool detail (red under), easy to match with clothes and of course it will look great with my dresses! 

It got delivered very quickly, when the delivery guy called me a almost runned upstairs to the hairdresser that recived my paracels because I were soooo excited to see my new shoes. I kinda felt like a child at christmas eve. I was so excited I even forgot to take photo of my paracel before I ripped it open. 

And they were as pretty as in the photoes. So first thing I did when I opened the paracel was to put them on,and take photoes to show to my facebook friends (hoping many would click "like" button because they are so cute!!)

 

My shoe from the side. They look more white in this photo, but they are beige color. I prefer not having all white because they look more dirty easilly.

 

View from the back of my shoes. The heels were actually higher than I tought they would be, but because the platform at the front also is high its not that bad when putting them on, still good to wear. 

 

From the top. You can see it has gold inside! Very luxerious feeling right? It's like a combination of party heels and everyday heels. Can be used many different outfits, from casual to more dressed up, maybe a night out with the girls in Hongdae??

I'm very pleased with this buy. The shoes will be perfect for me during this summer. And I could also reccomend this kinda shoes for those females out there who are not used to wearing high heels but want to try getting used to it. They are easy to walk in, but still give you that extra hight to make you feel alittle more attractive and give you a boost of self confident which all females could use now and then.

 Purchasing:

Purchasing from this seller was very easy. Just choose model you want to buy ( my shoes are model ATA-3127) and the color if it has options, then chose your size. I paid 42,000 Won total for my pair which is a good price for female shoes. The seller has also so many different shoes to chose from, it actually hard to pick only one pair, but thats the life of a poor student right?

 Shipping:

The shipping was very fast. I recieved it after only few days, think it was two days if I'm not wrong. So I have nothing to complain about the shipping.

 Product:

The product is good! It seems to be of a great quality. And one of the problems I have had before with Korean heels is that they don't fit me right and I cannot wear it. My feet are not too big, but mostly too wide for Korean heels. So I have many times ended up buying heels I cannot wear more than a few hours before they end up in my closet and never see sunlight every again. But these heels actually, suprisingly fit me as a glove. So if you are a western like me with elefant feet I would buy from this seller also.

Will I buy from again?

Yes,yes,yes!! I totally going to save the link for this seller for next time I'm buying high heels here in Korea. Not only is the price and quality good, they can actually fit me! What more can a girl ask for?
